Mental Toughness Questionnaire for Performers
Understand your mental toughness in high-pressure performance situations
The Mental Toughness Questionnaire for Performers (MTQ-P) is a simple way for non-sporting performers to understand the mental side of performance pressure. It gives insight into both Mental Toughness and overall mental health and wellbeing. It’s designed for people who face athlete-level pressure in their roles, including performing artists, emergency and medical personnel, and anyone preparing for upcoming exams.
Check your mindset that drives your performance
Mental toughness is mostly about you as a performer, like what motivates you, how you handle emotions, your mindset, and how well you can focus. Mental health is more about you as a person, like whether you’re dealing with depression, anxiety, or stress (and how serious it is). In this questionnaire, that side is measured using the DASS-21 (Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale).
It takes about 10 minutes to fill out. Once you submit it, someone from our team will get in touch with a quick summary of your results within a day or two. It’s free, because getting a bit of insight is often the first step toward improving, whether you decide to get professional support or not.
